Website Package Specifications

The Company offers the following standard Website packages. The applicable package selected by the Customer shall be confirmed in the website form, invoice, proposal, CRM system, or other written confirmation issued by the Company. All page numbers are approximate and may reasonably vary depending on design requirements and content structure.

• Website 1 – Website Starter: Approximately five (5) pages, no appointment/calendar feature, no CRM implementation, no listings feature, no lead generation feature, and no e-commerce functionality. Estimated delivery timeline: approximately nine (9) business days. Included revisions/iterations: one (1).
• Website 2 – Website Career, Personal, Independent: Approximately five (5) pages, no appointment/calendar feature, no CRM implementation, no listings feature, no lead generation feature, and no e-commerce functionality. Estimated delivery timeline: approximately nine (9) business days. Included revisions/iterations: one (1).
• Website 3 – Website Appointment and Calendar: Approximately nine (9) pages and includes appointment/calendar functionality. CRM implementation, listings feature, lead generation feature, and e-commerce functionality are not included. Estimated delivery timeline: approximately eleven (11) business days. Included revisions/iterations: two (2).
• Website 4 – Website Appointment, Calendar and CRM Integration: Approximately nine (9) pages and includes appointment/calendar functionality and CRM implementation. Listings feature, lead generation feature, and e-commerce functionality are not included. Estimated delivery timeline: approximately fourteen (14) business days. Included revisions/iterations: two (2).

• Website 7 – Website Appointment, Calendar, CRM Integration, Listings, Lead Generation and E-Commerce: Up to fifteen (15) pages and includes appointment/calendar functionality, CRM implementation, listings functionality, lead generation functionality, and e-commerce functionality. Estimated delivery timeline: approximately twenty-eight (28) business days. Included revisions/iterations: three (3).

Co-Branding Monthly Fees & one time Starting Fee

 

Co-Branding Licence: A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right
granted to use the Brand in conjunction with the Licensee’s own business name in an approved format such as “powered by Groundfloor24”.

Non-Exclusivity: The Co-Branding Licence is non-exclusive in all cases, and Groundfloor24 reserves the unrestricted right to appoint multiple businesses, partners, or service providers within the same Territory and Business Segment, or any similar or overlapping segment, without limitation.

Co-Branding Territory: Licence has no exclusive Territory. Nonetheless the regional/ geographical territory has to be confirmed. The geographic region assigned to the Licensee, which may be defined based on population, location, or other criteria determined from time to time.

Term: 3 years

Co-Branding one time onboarding fee: 300 USD

Co-Branding monthly fees are depending on the number of employees:

Employees — Payment per month — Payment per year

1-5 Employees: 99 USD per month or 79 USD paid annual

6-20 Employees: 199 USD per month or 159 USD paid annual

21-50 Employees: 299 USD per month or 239 USD paid annual

51+ Employees: 499 USD per month or 399 USD paid annual

Membership Benefits


If you join our Membership, then your benefits among others are 15% on the Co-Branding fees and 15% on our ready to start websites and website hosting, maintenance and SEO.
Membership term: 2 years Membership fee: 25 USD per month or 250 USD per year
